Gripped Part 4: Smoke & Mirrors by Stacy Padula is a mix of mystery and drama, one which readers will barely be able to put down.  Stacy Padula uses her characters to bring light to the dark truth about drug addiction.  Teens and parents alike will enjoy this “gripping” read.

Taylor Dunkin is in way over his head, and needs a way out of the drug ring he is currently entangled in.  His and his family’s lives are in danger if he is not careful.  Marc and Jordan must come together, putting aside their differences, in order to help their brother.

Isabelle Semas is in her senior year of high school, and has been homeschooled most of her life.  She looks forward to graduating next year and hopes to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education.  In her spare time, she sings in a christian band named NHB with her friends, is very involved in her church’s children’s ministry, and enjoys art.  She hopes to someday publish a book of her own.
